We wanted to provide you with an update on how the current Covid 19 situation is affecting deliveries and stock at Total Tone Training.
We continue to be inundated with questions across our platforms and as such, we hope this statement will offer you the information required.
Order Lead Times
If you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your next correspondence will not be until dispatch from the warehouse.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible with the vast majority of orders being delivered within 7 working days. However, some items will take slightly longer than others and in this case your delivery date will be confirmed shortly after purchase.
If you require your items urgently, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or use our chat function before making your purchase to confirm expected delivery dates.
Deliveries to Ireland
We’ve temporarily paused all deliveries to Ireland due to shipping issues following Brexit. We hope to have this service up and running shortly and are sorry for any inconvenience.
For items with longer than usual wait times, we will have them available for purchase as a Pre-Order – How to know if the item you are purchasing is a Pre-Order?
- Above the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button it will state ‘AVAILABLE ON BACK-ORDER’
- In the product description, we have added the dispatch date. It will read something similar to this… Note: Due to intense demand for this variant in particular. PREORDER now for delivery in APRIL
Please check if the product you are ordering is a Pre-Order ahead of purchase.
If you have a mix of stock items and pre-order items. We will ship you the items that are currently in stock, followed by the pre-order items once they become available.
If you wish to receive all the items at the same time, please contact us and we will do our best to hold the stocked items until your entire order is ready.
Due to the unprecedented demand for fitness equipment our stock levels are constantly changing. We work with our many suppliers to try ensure everything is up to date and all products with definitive dates have been made available for pre-order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact email@example.com with your order confirmation number. We will issue a full refund, but due to current operations there may be a delay in receiving the funds back into your account – please bear with us.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has shipped you will be liable for shipping and returns charges.
