Shipping

How Can I Track My Order?

You should have received a tracking number via email and/or text when your order was shipped. This will allow you to follow your package along its trip to your chosen delivery address.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible with the vast majority of orders being delivered within 7 working days.

My Order Is Yet To Arrive. Can You Help?

You should have received an email once your item was posted to find out which couriers you item was carried by. Your best bet is to call them first to find out if you can rearrange.

After you’ve done this and if you haven’t gotten anywhere, contact us.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is £9.95 for all orders under £99

How Can I Get Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over £99

Can I Come Collect My Order?

We do not operate a physical shop. We are solely online which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

At the moment we are only shipping within UK and Ireland. Become a Total Toner to find out when we open up our shipping internationally

I Missed My Delivery!

Don’t worry; you should have received an email once your item was posted to find out which couriers you item was carried by. The parcel carriers will put a card through the letterbox with full details.

Orders

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order After I've Placed It?

If your order status is ‘awaiting fulfillment’ on the account page, we will be able to amend or cancel the order for you. Once the order status changes to ‘awaiting shipment’ or ‘dispatched’ – we are not able to make any changes or cancel your order.

I’m Missing An Item From My Order, What Do I Do?

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can for you.

I’ve Cancelled My Order, When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds can take 5-7 working days to appear on your bank statement. Please contact us via email if you have not received your refund within this time frame.

Can I Have Items Sent To Someone As A Gift?

Yes, we can ship to alternative address to your billing address, please state the shipping address clearly. We do not offer a gift wrapping service.

Can I Order In Bulk?

Yes! Please send us an email with a list of items and quantities you are after to: info@totaltonetraining.com we can provide you with a competitive quote.

Do You Offer Installation?

Payments

What Payment Options Do You Offer?

We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal and Maestro debit cards.

Why Has My Payment Been Declined?

If this happens, make sure that the billing address you are using matches the address that the card is registered to, and that this has been input accurately. We take fraud seriously, which may mean that sometimes genuine payments get declined due to the fraud rules that we have in place.

If the problem persists, it may be worth attempting the payment via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

Can I Pay In Installments?

Not yet. But watch this space.

Returns & Refunds

How Do I Return My Order?

You have the right to return any item or your entire order within 14 working days from the day you receive your items. Please contact us before sending any items back

How Long Do I Have To Return My Order?

You have up to 14 days for a refund or an exchange. Contact us and we will get back to you quickly!

My Item Has Arrived Damaged!

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, send us pictures and a description of the damage along with your order number to info@totaltonetraining.com. We will acknowledge your email and work out the best way to resolve the issue for you. Either a replacement part or a new item will be sent to you and we will arrange collection of the damaged product if necessary. Please note that damages are rare due to the care taken in the packaging and transit of our goods.

Where Is My Refund?
