A: Yes. Cycling on a performance bike is a very effective way to reduce belly fat. How many calories you want to burn (300 to 700 kcal per hour) is dependent solely on the intensity of the workout. Steady-state cycling (aerobic training) is very efficient in burning calories but if you want to burn belly fat faster then incorporate HIIT workouts (anaerobic training) into your cycle.
Q: Why should I use a performance bike?
A: Cycling has soo many health benefits; increased cardiovascular fitness, increased muscle strength and flexibility, improved joint mobility, decreased stress levels, improved posture and coordination, decreased body fat levels just to name a few. Q: Can you lose weight by cycling indoors?

A: We don’t advocate for one over the other as both have great health benefits. Cycling indoors however is much safer, less time consuming, it provides more training variants and most importantly it allows you to blast your workout music to the max with no worries! Oh and let’s be honest, no one wants helmet hair because there’s no need for a helmet indoors.
